Marilyn Buck

draw maps with wings
     flapping free butterflies

rebel against kingdom-makerís maps
     cross lines & intersections
     conjure rising waters
          move boulders
     confound the four directions
          of arrogant landgrabbers
strike down the wall-builders
     winged wrath wipe their maps
from the windscreens

fly down paths
     hidden in unmapped dust
          willow trees will trip pursuers
